About me

Hello!

I am a Personal Trainer that works out of Club Impact Health and Fitness, in Auckley, Doncaster. I am currently completing my Level 3 course in Personal Training and Gym Instructing, meaning until I finish the course my PT services will be charged at a reduced rate.

Understandably you may think that as I do not yet have my full qualification that it is a risk being trained by me but after one session you will see why it is not.

I have a passion for weight lifting and exercise which has developed over the course of 5+ years, I have gained weight and lost it multiple times meaning I have first hand experience. As well as this, in the 8 months that I have been a PT I have trained complete beginners, people who want to gain weight, people who want to lose weight, people with neurological issues, people with degenerative issues and even people who just want to move!

Each client is different which is why I make tailor-made plans to suit their abilities and goals, taking into account any injuries or issues they may have.

As well as knowledge I have gained from my own personal experience, the course that I am completing and other qualified trainers, I also gain knowledge and take inspiration from other sources, such as studies on hypertrophy (muscle growth) and content from influential members of the fitness community ranging from strongmen to professional bodybuilders or even scientists. My approach is inclusive to all types of training and is always evolving, updating methods, exercises and programmes so they never become stale and are constantly being updated to be the best they can be.
