As an avid gym goer myself for the last 6 years I decided to make my passion my career, sharing my passion with others!
Ever since I started my journey in fitness I have been obsessed with producing the best workouts for myself, using the newest and best methods available to optimise my workouts, going from just doing every machine possible to targeted exercises with a specific plan for my goals. This methodology now applies to my clients, I listen to their goals, their health, the exercises they like, dislike and more, in order to create a detailed plan for each individual.
No matter what type of experience you have, whether it is none or an abundance, whether you have never been in a gym or whether you practically live there, work with me and we will make a positive difference to your life!

As well as one to one Personal Training I also offer small group sessions, dependant on the size of the group this can be anything from strength training to circuit style pump sessions. Even though their are multiple people involved I always make sure they everyone is confident and happy with what they are doing.
