Ready to become stronger, healthier and more confident? Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the very first time or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to help you achieve your goals with expert guidance, personalised support and proven training methods.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer based at Club Impact Health & Fitness in Auckley, Doncaster, holding Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Fitness Coaching and Personal Training, and I am currently completing a Level 4 qualification in Advanced Sports Nutrition.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life for over six years. Having personally experienced both weight loss and weight gain journeys, I understand the challenges, frustrations and rewards that come with transforming your body and improving your health. At 23 years old, I have spent most of my life involved in sport before dedicating myself to strength training and the gym from the age of 17, continuously developing my knowledge, skills and coaching approach along the way.

Over my time as a Personal Trainer, I have successfully worked with a wide range of clients, including:

  • Complete beginners taking their first steps into fitness
  • Individuals looking to lose weight and improve their health
  • Clients aiming to build muscle and gain weight
  • People living with neurological or degenerative conditions
  • Those recovering confidence in movement and exercise
  • Anyone simply wanting to feel better, move more and enjoy life

I also live with Crohn’s disease, giving me personal insight into balancing training with health conditions and understanding the importance of adapting exercise to individual needs.

Evidence-Based Coaching That Evolves

My coaching combines practical experience, professional qualifications and the latest fitness research. I regularly study evidence-based approaches to muscle growth, strength development, fat loss and performance, while also learning from some of the most respected athletes, coaches and sports scientists in the industry.

Fitness is constantly evolving, and so is my coaching. I continually refine training methods, exercises and programmes to ensure clients receive effective, up-to-date guidance that delivers results while keeping training enjoyable and engaging.

Practising What I Preach

I don’t just coach training—I live it. I am currently preparing for Lincolnshire’s Strongest, pushing my own limits through strongman training alongside years of experience in strength, hypertrophy, cardiovascular and circuit-based training. From heavy deadlifts to the infamous Atlas Stones, I understand what it takes to commit to a goal, overcome challenges and keep progressing.
