As well as the gym I have a deep routed love for football, watching and playing since I was as young as I can remember. Based off these two passions I thought, why not combine the two?
As well as Personal Training I also run football fitness sessions, I am currently involved with 2 different clubs but I am looking to get involved in more. I run these sessions in the gym using the gyms equipment as well as running them at the clubs’ training grounds. Similar to my methodology with training in the gym, I constantly research and read up on new exercises, session plans and methods even using ideas from Premier League clubs.
I run sessions with full teams, small groups and can even do Personal Training sessions one-on-one that are focussed on football fitness.
